type of bacteria).

2. Determine plan to carry out your theoretical experiment on B. subtilis (Gram +) and

E. coli (Gram -). (page 98)

3. Fill out Experimental Design Section (page 102).

4. Make predictions as to how the two bacteria species will respond to the antibiotics

chosen for your theoretical experiment.
