One key aspect of building a resume is knowing “Why You”. Why should they hire you? What makes you qualified for this position? What sets you apart from other applicants competing for the same position? Etc. Once you have a clear answer for those questions, successful resumes use that as a basis for ALL the resume entries. Each resume item should support/explain/illustrate your Why You answers.
